Eligibility For a Refund You may be eligible for a full refund if:

• Your item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• Your order never arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

How To Request a Refund Email us at adamrisse89@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue where applicable. We will respond within 1-2 business days.

Change of Mind We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. If you are unsatisfied with your product we are happy to offer a store credit or exchange.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Return Shipping For defective or incorrect items you are not required to return the product. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
