Shipping Costs

Orders under A$60: Standard shipping is A$9.99.

Orders of A$60 or more: Standard shipping is free.

If you check out in another currency, these amounts are converted to your local currency. The shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Where We Deliver

The countries you can select at checkout are the countries we currently deliver to. If your country is not listed, we are not able to deliver there yet.

Estimated Delivery Times

Australia: Estimated 8 to 16 business days from when you place your order.

Outside Australia: Delivery times vary by destination and product. If you would like an estimate for your country before ordering, please email us.

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, carrier delays, public holidays and busy periods can add time.

Parcels and Tracking

Our products are sent by our fulfilment partners, and some items may ship from warehouses outside Australia.

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels. When your order is dispatched, we will email you tracking details where tracking is available.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Depending on the destination, orders delivered outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes or carrier fees, which may be payable on delivery.

Late or Missing Orders

If your order is running late, or tracking has not updated for some time, please email support@hollywoodsecrets.shop with your order number and we will follow it up with the carrier.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer law applicable to you.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address before the order has been dispatched.
